Employment service for early education institutions
The service allows all employees of early education institutions to be subjected to auditing and examination to ensure that all educational, legal and administrative requirements and requirements are met to ensure the security and safety of children and the quality of the service provided to them.
Service Conditions
Special conditions for filling the position of director/assistant director in the Early Education Foundation
- The director must have a university educational qualification with previous experience of not less than three years in the field of education, or a kindergarten diploma (according to the approved hours determined by the Ministry of Education (for kindergartens), and she must have a university degree in one of the fields of psychology). Or meeting, with previous experience of not less than two years in the same field for nurseries
- High school certificate
- She must be full-time to work in the institution, and the license holder may be the director of the early education institution
- A certificate of good conduct and behavior from the competent authorities
Special conditions for filling the position of assistant director in the Early Education Foundation
- he assistant director must have a university education qualification, with previous experience of not less than three years in the field of education, or a kindergarten diploma (according to the approved hours determined by the Ministry of Education)

Special conditions for filling a teaching position in an early education institution
- he employee must have a qualification certificate or diploma in early education (according to the approved hours determined by the Ministry of Education), or a bachelor’s degree, provided that there are relevant subjects

Special conditions for filling the position of special education teacher in an early education institution
- Bachelor’s degree in special education
- High school certificate
- A certificate of good conduct and behavior from the competent authorities
Special conditions for filling administrative positions (secretary/accountant) in the Early Education Foundation
- High school certificate
- A certificate of good conduct and behavior from the competent authorities
Required Attachments
- A copy of the valid passport data page (for non-Bahrainis, the visa or residence page)
- A recent photograph
- A copy of the smart card from both sides (valid)
- A copy of your CV and experience certificates
- A release document from the previous employer
- Copy of prior employment/renewal approval (if applicable)
- A copy of Quadra B’s approval
Documents required to fill the position of Director/Assistant Director
- University educational qualification
- A certificate of three years’ experience in leading educational institutions from the previous employer
- Or a kindergarten diploma certificate
- A certificate of five years’ experience in leading educational institutions from the previous employer
Documents required to fill the position of teacher/assistant teacher
- Bachelor’s degree with relevant subjects (transcript)
- Or a high school diploma with a kindergarten teacher qualification/kindergarten diploma approved by the Ministry of Education

Service Processes
- The owner of the early education institution license fills out the employment application form attached to the above required documents and submits it to the Early Education Licensing and Follow-up Department
- The Early Education Licensing and Follow-up Department delivers the results to the owner of the early education institution license and the applicant, with an emphasis on adherence to the ministerial decision.
