This service is provided to students of private schools wishing to attest and equalize their certificates
Service Conditions
- All documents must be originals with the school’s seal and authorized signature
Required Attachments
Graduates
- Graduation certificate
- separate certificates for grades 9-12
- Transcripts for grades (9-12)
- CPR and passport copies
Enrollment letter
- Letter of enrollment
- The most recent certificate provided by the school to the student
- CPR and passport copies
Other certificates
- Certificate, mark sheet or end of year report card.
- Official letter stating students status (enrolled or withdrawn)

Leaving/Transfer certificates
- Leaving/Transfer certificate

Service Processes
- The student or his guardian must submit the original certificates to be attested and approved by the school administration in addition to the certificates of the previous school years. In the case of high school certificates attesting, grades (9-12) certificates, transcripts, graduation affidavits, and good conduct issued by the school are presented.
- Study the academic certificates to be attested
- Matching the principal’s signature and authenticity of the seal
- Issuance of a certificate equivalency statement according to the school’s ministerial decision
- Seal and approval of certificates and affidavits
