The declaration and establishment of a sports entity
The establishment and registration of national clubs, sports federations, sports committees, private clubs, and company clubs.
Required Attachments
- Fill out the "Summary of the Statute" form, approve it, stamp it, and sign all the documents in accordance with the attached form
- Minutes of the Constituent General Assembly meeting
- A list of the founding members, including their names, personal numbers, educational qualifications, their current professions, and signatures, with copies of the valid ID cards for all founders.
- The availability of a number of founding members, consisting of at least 20 natural persons
- A decision by the founding team authorizing one of its members to submit the declaration documents
- The internal statute, the one specifically relating to the sports or youth entity in question, provided that it is compatible with this statute.
- An allocation decision by the government entity that owns the land, or a registered title deed (whether by purchase or donation), or a final waiver in favor of the sports entity, or an authorized lease contract.

- Resolution No. (15) of 2014, issuing the unified statute of the national sports federations and related amendments. Decree-law No. (21) of 1989, announcing the Law of Associations, Social and Cultural Clubs, Special Committees Working in the Field of Youth and Sports, and Private Foundations, and its amendments.
- Resolution No. (5) of 2021 on determining the company form that sports clubs may take, the rules regulating their work, and related control mechanism.
- Resolution No. (6) of 2021 regarding the rules and procedures for changing the legal entity of sports clubs to commercial companies.
