Candidate registration for security guard job
The names of candidates are displayed by the security guard companies for the security guard job posted and receive a previous approval to hire them.
Required Attachments

- A valid good conduct certificate
- Qualification of the guard according to law
- Copy of passport with residency for foreigners or ID card for Bahrainis
- Training Agreement Existing

Service Processes
- The employee in charge receives employment applications from the representative of the security guard company
- In case the employment conditions are not fulfilled, the application will be rejected, and the representative will be informed that the papers are returned
- The application will be approved if all conditions are fulfilled it will be transferred to the accounting department
- The course fees are paid based on the guards training (foundation- refresher) then the date is set
- The form is signed by the delegate and data is entered in the system with attached documents
- The guards license is printed after successfully passing the qualifying course
- verification that the guard’s data is correct in the form
- confirmation that the request is approved by authority in the company (must be authorized to sign)
- verification the identity of the person delivering the order (must be an authorized company’s representative)
- check on the LMRA website on the company’s sponsorship of the foreign guard
- to check whether the guard is registered in another company on the school records
- To ensure that all documents are fulfilled (personal photo- valid certificate of good conduct-guards qualification as per law- a passport copy in with residence permit for foreigners or ID Card copy for Bahrainis -existence of a training agreement)
