The Issuance of a certificate of non-objection - a visa for the wife of the Bahraini and Bahraini foreign children

Service Conditions

• The husband or legal representative must be present to carry out the service.

Required Attachments

Bahraini wife’s children

• Service application form
• A copy of the original passport of the son/daughter
• The passport of the foreign husband and a copy of it and a copy of the husband’s residence permit
• An original marriage certificate and a copy of it
• A copy of the wife and husbands passport
• Copy of birth certificate
• A copy of the applicants identity card or legal representative

Note:

• In case of divorce, the official (custody) is issued by the Sharia’a courts in the Kingdom of Bahrain, must be attached.

Non-Bahraini wife

• Service application form.
• A copy of the husband’s identity card
• An original marriage certificate and a copy of it
• A copy of the applicants identity card or legal representative
• A copy of the wife’s passport
• A letter from the employer. (In case the employee is working in the military)
