Update Title Deed Based on New Area Plan
This service allows the landowner to submit a request to update a title deed of a private plot by clarifying new roads, public services, or plot subdivisions that affect the value of the plot, aiming to update the title deed regarding the surroundings of the plot to then allow the landowner to develop his plot by applying for further necessary services (eg. apply for a building permit). *This service does not include plots affected by detailed master plans.
Required Attachments
- A copy of the title deed.
- A copy of the owners smart card (both sides) or a copy of the commercial registration for organizations and companies.
If the applicant is authorized to represent the owner:
- The authorized person’s smart card.
- A copy of the authorization letter.
If the applicant is a company
- A copy of the Commercial Register of Companies and Companies with the Registry Extracts among those authorized to sign.
- A copy of the authorization letter.
- The authorized person’s smart card (authorized to follow up on the application).
If the applicants are heirs
- A copy of the legal obligation.
- Smart card copies of all legitimate heirs.
- An authorization letter signed by the heirs.
