Receiving the graduation certificate and home delivery service
The service allows the student to apply through the website of (UBEX) company, which provides a number of services to the University of Bahrain through its website, via filling out the service application form. Accordingly, the Admission and Alumni Affairs Directorate processes the application and hands it to the company to be delivered to the student.
Service Conditions
- The student must be a graduate of one of the University’s academic programs. (Diploma, Associate Diploma or Associate Degree, Bachelor, Higher Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma, Masters, Doctorate).
Required Attachments
- Attach a copy of the smart card reader data.

- Choose the list of University of Bahrain services.
- Choose the graduation certificate application.
- Fill out the electronic application.
- Attach a copy of a valid smart card reader data.
- Note: The student can track the request through the company’s website.
