Suppliers and Contractors Registration
The service allows those wishing to participate in government tenders and auctions (offered through the e-Tendering System) the ability to register for an account to enable the purchase and download of tender documents, as well as the placing of bids.
Service Conditions
- The company must have a commercial register, except for individuals, who can register without a commercial register
- User must login to their account and open the email to receive the login information
- User must login to the system and complete the registration process. The user must then send the form to the Tender Board for approval
Required Attachments
- Copy of a Commercial Registration for local companies or a valid Identity Card for individuals

Service Processes
- Follow the link: https://etendering.tenderboard.gov.bh
- Click on the ‘Supplier Registration’ icon
- Fill out the form with the required information, then submit
- Verify the registered email address (the system will send an email containing login information)
- The relevant team will review the information and make a decision to accept or reject the application
- The system will send an email to the user upon completion of the review and the acceptance/ rejection of the application
