Request for Disbursement of Entitled Pension for the Deceased

This service allows beneficiaries to submit a death compensation application following the death of the pensioner

Service Conditions

  • Submission of the application by the beneficiaries or their representative

Required Attachments

  • Pension request form
  • A copy of the name and international bank account number (IBAN) of the beneficiaries
  • A copy of the Identity Card for the beneficiaries
  • Religious Ordinance Document
  • Death certificate
  • Funeral expenses letter (in the case of payment to a non-widow)
  • A copy of the International Bank Account Number (IBAN)
  • A letter from the Minors’ Funds Directorate for deserving minors, if any

Legal Regulations

  • Ministerial Resolution No. (14) of 1978 regarding the procedures, dates, mode of application for payment of allowances, indemnities, pensions, grants, the determination of entities for such payments, payment documents and dates of submission thereof
