One-time payment request

A request for the payment of dues in one payment for those who are not entitled to a retirement pension according to Article (38) of the law

Required Attachments

Application form for payment of dues in the private sector
A copy of the ID card from both sides
A copy of the name and number of the international bank account
A copy of the marriage/divorce contract (for women)
A copy of the commercial register (register holder)
A copy of the license for the economic units (the address card of the establishment

Ministerial Resolution No. (14) of 1978 regarding the procedures, dates, mode of application for payment of allowances, indemnities, pensions, grants, the determination of entities for such payments, payment documents and dates of submission thereof
