Service Processes

  • Enter the Authority’s e-service link
  • From the e-Center menu for customer services, select the "Labor Complaint - Non-Exclusion" service
  • Download the form and enter the required data
  • Attach the labor complaint issued by the Ministry of Labor.
  • Book an appointment through the skiplino program to attend and sign the service termination declaration.
