Wages update

This service enables the employer to electronically register annual updates of their employees’ salary data in accordance with the law. This service is equipped with a system to detect any unrealistic wages.

Service Conditions

  • The basic salary, bonuses and bonus must be greater than or equal to the previous wage
  • The wage increase/decrease should not exceed 40%.

Legal Regulations

  • Ministerial Resolution No. (2) of 2006 regarding the rules for determining the parts of the wage of the worker that are subject to the contribution of social insurance, as well as the payment of this contribution and the models to be used.
