Insure previous periods
Submit a request electronically to the customer service centre to add previous periods to an insurance plan or to modify the date of submission of the insured. In-person attendance is not required to process the request.

- A copy of the contract of employment
- A service certificate
- An attendance record
- A record of annual/ sick leave
- Pay slips
- Paid cheques
- A payroll statement for the required period
- Bank transfer statements
- A salary certificate

- Upload required documents
- A request number is issued to track the application
- The relevant employee at the reception center processes the request. The applicant does not need to attend in-person
