Service Conditions

  • Completing the medical committee form
  • Submit the required documents for the service
  • Pay the first monthly installment in advance

Required Attachments

  • A copy of the Optional Insurance Registration Form
  • A copy of the Identity Card covering both sides (front and back)
  • A copy of the individual’s passport
  • A copy of the Employment Verification letter
  • The Medical Commission form

  • Enter the Authority’s electronic service link
  • From the list of the electronic subscriber services center, choose the "Insurance of Bahrainis working abroad" service.
  • Download the form and enter the required data
  • The applicant will be contacted via the skiplino program in order to verify the identity of the applicant and send the medical committee form via e-mail.
  • A request to submit a medical examination form for optional insurance (Decision No. 39 of 2014) - Bahrainis working abroad (Law No. 31 of 2005) is submitted after completing the medical examination.
