Application form for the implementation of the provisions of the decree for the year 2020
Submit a request electronically to the customer service centre. In-person attendance is not required for retirees to whom Decree-Law No. (21) applies. This service allows the retiree to choose the option of combining the relevant retirement service or requesting the continuity of the retirement pension after the decree was issued in 2020, mandating that the retirement pension cannot be combined with an insurance salary. The law is attached for clarification.
