Refund/transfer of surplus amounts
Submit a request electronically to the customer service centre to refund the excess amounts in a company’s account. In-person attendance is not required to process the request.
Service Conditions
- Through this service, the business owner can retrieve the surplus amounts in the establishment’s account after verifying that there are no other financial obligations on him.

- Service request form
- A copy of the name and IBAN of the company or the employer
