Optional insurance exclusion
Submit a request electronically to the reception centre to exclude the insured from the optional insurance. In-person attendance is not required to process the request.
Service Conditions
- The insured is registered under the umbrella of voluntary insurance Resolution 39/2014 - Resolution 94

- A copy of the Identity Card
- Optional insurance form
Legal Regulations
- Decision No. (39) for the year 2014 to apply the insurance branch to the self-employed and the self-employed, and the insurance branch to employers
