This service aims to ensure that the Kingdom of Bahrain complies with international agreements and obligations related to the mechanisms and controls for the export and import of waste across borders
Service Conditions
- Having an active commercial register (for commercial use) in the Kingdom of Bahrain
Required Attachments
- Application form
- A copy of valid commercial register cr
- Clear colored waste photos
- A valid invoice copy between the parties
- Any other attachments if the waste is dangerous
Legal Regulations
- Ministerial Order No. (4) of 2021 regarding the fees of the licenses and services provided by the Supreme Council for Environment
- Decision No. 3 of 2006 regarding the management of hazardous waste and its amendments
- Law (7) of year 2022 regarding the environment and all ministerial decisions and laws under it
