Application for hazardous waste transports

This license aims to put in place an appropriate monitoring and control system to control the transportation of hazardous wastes and to prevent the unsafe disposal of these wastes in unlicensed sites

Service Conditions

Having an active commercial register (for commercial use) in the Kingdom of Bahrain

Application form
A copy of valid commercial register cr
Company’s environmental management plan and emergencies management plan
Waste movement annual report
Transportation workers/drivers supervisor cv
Transportation workers/drivers list, mentioning their years of experience in waste transportation
Aerial map and clear photos of the parking area
Other documents

Complete form related to each vehicle, including:

Clear photos of each vehicle from all sides, with a hazardous waste label
Clear photos of the ownership and insurance
Clear copies of the drivers id cards and their driving licenses

Law (7) of year 2022 regarding the environment and all ministerial decisions and laws under it
Decision No. 3 of 2006 regarding the management of hazardous waste and its amendments
Resolution No. (3) of 2020 regarding the management of hazardous waste for health care
