Evaluation of Refrigeration and Air conditioning Maintenance Companies
This service allows the companies working in cooling sector (Installation and maintenance), to submit requests for obtaining a pre-approval to work in this sector. The request can be submitted and tracked electronically.
Service Conditions
- Having an active commercial register (for commercial use) in the Kingdom of Bahrain
Required Attachments
- A duly completed application form
- A valid copy of the commercial registration CR
Legal Regulations
- Ministerial Order No. (4) of 2021 regarding the fees of the licenses and services provided by the Supreme Council for Environment
- Law (7) of year 2022 regarding the environment and all ministerial decisions and laws under it
- Ministerial Resolution No. 1 of 2020 regarding the management of refrigeration media, refrigeration units and air conditioning units
- Ministerial Resolution No. (5) of 2005 regarding the environmental conditions that must be met at the service sites.
- Order No. (2) of 2020 determining the categories of fees for licensing refrigeration media, refrigeration units and air conditioning units as decided by the Chairman of the Supreme Council for the Environment
