Environmental Consulting Firms
This service enables beneficiaries to submit a request for the accreditation and registration of environmental consultancy offices, in order to assess their efficiency and performance, verify the capability of their specialists to conduct surveys and measurements, prepare specialized studies, and propose solutions and alternatives to mitigate the environmental impacts of projects, in accordance with environmental protection requirements and the preservation of natural resources. The request can be submitted and tracked electronically.
Service Conditions
- Having an active commercial register (for commercial use) in the Kingdom of Bahrain
Required Attachments
- A duly completed application form EA-7
- A valid copy of the commercial registration CR
- Any additional documents or attachments that may be required in accordance with regulatory procedures
Legal Regulations
- Ministerial Order No. 1 of 1998 regarding the environmental assessment of projects
- Law (7) of year 2022 regarding the environment and all ministerial decisions and laws under it
- Ministerial Resolution No. (4) of 2014 regarding the approval and organization of the work of environmental consultancy offices in the Kingdom of Bahrain
- Ministerial Order No. (4) of 2021 regarding the fees of the licenses and services provided by the Supreme Council for Environment
