- Ministerial Order No. 1 of 1998 regarding the environmental assessment of projects
- Ministerial Order No. (4) of 2021 regarding the fees of the licenses and services provided by the Supreme Council for Environment
- Ministerial Resolution No.77 of 2017 regarding the licensing of the reclamation of submerged lands.
- Law (7) of year 2022 regarding the environment and all ministerial decisions and laws under it
