Market research licence
The field research license gives off-plan sales developers the opportunity to study the real estate market and determine supply and demand before implementation of projects. This enables developers to advertise projects in the initial stages, gauge interest and receive booking reservations from potential buyers prior to construction. Developers can determine whether they wish to commence projects using the off-plan sales system or self-financing, or cancel and return consideration payments to buyers, all under the supervision of RERA. This service protects both the buyers and developers’ money, in order to commence constructing secured real estate projects and avoid faltering projects.
Service Conditions
- The approval of the concerned authority on the master plan of the project or the building permit
