Issuance of a real estate sales agent licence
This service enables the issuance of real estate sales agent licences to Bahraini citizens and non-citizens who have a contract with a licenced real estate broker, or who work for a broker.
Service Conditions
- To be associated with a licensed broker with a valid license
- A certificate of good conduct and conduct shall be valid and not expired, and its term shall not exceed 3 months from the date of issuance
- All supporting documents such as the ID Card or passport are valid and not expired
- Attend the training course for sales agents
- An ID Card or a Bahraini passport can be presented
- The work and residence visa must be valid and at the expense of the company he works for and the application was made through it (for the foreigner).
- A no-objection letter from the employer in case the job applicant is Bahraini and works in the private sector and wants to work part-time as a sales agent with the broker
- Employment contract signed between the licensed broker and the sales agent

Service Processes
- Log in to the eGovernment website using the eKey
- Enter the Commercial Registration number, as well as the broker number
- Enter the applicants personal information
- Upload the required documents
- Submit the application
- Application is accepted after being reviewed by RERA
- The applicant will be notified via the system and e-mail of receiving the license
