Issuance of a new licence to practise the profession in the Kingdom of Bahrain
Required Attachments
- Completed new licensing application form via “Mehan” and payment
- Copy of Identity Card
- Letter from the institution (employer)
- Qualification verification report + experience + license + good conduct
- Accredited copy of qualifications
- CV (resume)
- Personal Photo
- Health and fitness report
- Previous work experience letters (if any)
- A copy of the professional licence from the relevant authority at the previous place of work
- Certificate of Good Conduct from the relevant authority in the previous country in which the professional worked

- Ministerial Resolution No. (23) of 2017 regarding standards and requirements for licensing of professions practitioners
- Ministerial Resolution No. (33) of 2016 regulating the practice of alternative and complementary medicine fields
- Decree-Law No. (18) of 1997 regulating the pharmacy profession and pharmaceutical centres
- Decree-Law No. (2) of 1987 regarding the practice of paramedical professions by non-doctors and pharmacists
- Decree-Law No. (7) of 1989 regarding the practice of human medicine and dentistry

- 60 BD : The profession of pharmacy and its associates - pharmacist
