  • Ministerial Resolution No. (32) of 2020 issuing a regulation for the registration system of medicines and pharmaceutical products and specifying pricing and advertising
  • Decree-Law No. (18) of 1997 regulating the pharmacy profession and pharmaceutical centres
  • Decree-Law No. (20) of 2015 amending some provisions of Decree-Law No. (18) of 1997

Fees

  • 0.5BD : for a registered product
  • 20BD : for an unregistered product
