Halls reservations

A service provided to the public to reserve halls in the centers to benefit from and set up programs.

Service Conditions

The entity may place advertisements inside the facility according to the following conditions:

  • Advertisements should be during the booking period only and should not conflict with the philosophy and objectives of the youth centers.
  • The entity is prohibited from using the facility in any political or religious matters or gatherings of this kind, or what is contrary to the teachings of religion or offending others, and the center has the right to cancel or stop the activity immediately in case it conflicts with the terms of this contract.
  • The entity is obligated to deposit a security amount with the Youth Center, and it will be returned to the entity after the end of the event and the expiry of the reservation period and to ensure the safety of the facility, and the absence of damage to it. This amount is obligated to the second party to pay the difference, and the Center may legally refer to it for compensation.
  • The entity and its affiliates are obligated not to bring food and beverages into the facilities.
  • In case that these advertisements are not removed after the end of the event and the end of the reservation, the first party shall remove them at the expense of the second party, deducting the cost of such removal from the security deposit.
  • These ads must be removed after the end of the event and the end of the reservation.
  • These advertisements must not conflict with the facility’s permanent sponsors.
  • These ads must not contain political, religious, or election propaganda.
  • These advertisements must not conflict with public order and morals and should not incite hatred or abuse for anyone.

The entity may place the decoration in the facilities according to the following conditions:

  • Decorations must be removed immediately after the end of the event, and it is forbidden to fix them with nails or tape that leaves a trace.
  • This agreement is subject to the laws and courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and any dispute or disagreement that may arise between the parties due to the implementation of this agreement, or part of it, or any rights and obligations arising from the parties under this agreement shall be settled amicably through the Ministry of Youth and Sports Affairs within a period of time. A maximum of thirty days from the date of the dispute arising, and in the event of failure of the amicable settlement between the two parties, resort to the competent court in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
  • The Center may raise the value of using facilities whenever necessary.
  • It is prohibited to place or install any additional equipment in the facility without the prior written approval of the alternate supervisor. The entity shall be committed and responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility.
  • In case that these decorations are not removed after the end of the event and the end of the reservation, the center shall remove them at the expense of the second party with deduction of the cost of such removal.

Service Processes

  • Receiving of the applications through email (Htmyc@Youth.bh, mmyc@youth.bh).
  • Studying the request with all the details and reviewing the purpose of the reservation.
  • Writing a letter to obtain the approval of the Director of the Youth Empowerment Department.
  • Notifying the applicant of the decision, whether it’s a rejection or approval.
  • Applicant to pay the amount due to reserve the hall in case of approval.
  • In case of approval, the reservation will be implemented and the documents will be archived.
