Request for the establishment of agricultural banks and their subsidiaries
The Department of Agricultural Engineering and Water Resources provides a water disposal service for excess agricultural land by connecting active agricultural land to the network of agricultural banks in areas below sea level with high levels of underground water.
Service Conditions
- The farm must be registered with the Plant Wealth Department
Required Attachments
- Service form
- Copy of the property ownership document
- Copy of the owners ID card
- The owners obligations to use the network only to drain agricultural water and not to discharge any materials harmful to the environment or bleeding sewage, and must include the obligation to notify the ministry in writing before transferring ownership of the property with all documents attached from the new owner in case of retention of the service, or notifying the cancellation of the service
