Modified electricity power delivery certificate

The applicant submits the application either manually by attending one of the service centers affiliated with the municipality or electronically through the ministry’s website by choosing the electronic customer service centers and choosing the building completion certificate service, then following the instructions and attaching all the required documents.Community Verified icon

Required Attachments

Copies of all building permits
Copies of new address cards
Copies of electricity order numbers
An original copy of engineering supervision follow-up form (if there is mandatory supervision).
Final letter from the original engineering office, (if there is mandatory supervision).
Thermal insulation letter from the engineering office if the leave is conditional.
Evacuation letter from the former supervisory office in case of a change in engineering supervision.
Approval of the Civil Defense based on a letter issued by the municipality to the owner
Letter from the owner (individual or institution) or any official party
Engineering drawings approved by the municipality and a copy of it in case of manual requests
Pledge form to place the approved foundations in the absence of engineering supervision
Copy of the property deeds and a copy of the survey certificate or chart
