Big Addition Service

This service allows the user to obtain a permit for vertical or horizontal expansion of an existing building or for constructing a new structure on previously developed land, provided the added area is not less than 50 square meters.

Service Conditions

Contract with a licensed engineering office
Enter the initial data for the application
Obtain prior approvals (if any)
Enter the engineering data for the application
Have the application reviewed by an accredited auditing engineering office
Obtain prior approvals for service connections
Pay the fees electronically
Issue the license electronically
The license is subject to random auditing after issuance
