Service Conditions

  • Applications must be separated so that the veterinary medicines and products are included in one form, and the equipment and apparatus are in a separate one.
  • Only veterinary pharmacies are allowed to import, not individuals

Required Attachments

  • Certificate of laboratory analysis and pharmaceutical bulletin/leaflet for veterinary medicines and products or the operating manual for veterinary equipment and apparatus.
  • Fill in the application form according to the type of asset or device/apparatus to be imported
  • Prohibited/Restricted medicines and products should be in a separate application
  • The application is submitted through the Customs Single Window (OFOQ)
  • A copy of the commercial registration record
  • Fee Payment
