Diagnosis of plant pests and sale plant pesticides
The service is part of the support allocated to technical consultancy in the field of agricultural pest control, as well as the sale of agricultural production inputs from plant control materials and pesticides, at subsidized prices by 60% discount on the value of these materials, which contributes to encourage investment in the agricultural sector in order to achieve relative food security by reducing pest damage and protecting plant wealth.

- Ministerial Resolution No. (88) of 2006 promulgating the executive bylaws for the pesticide system (law) for the GCC countries promulgated by Law No. (37) of 2005
- Ministerial Resolution No. (127) of 2021 on the conditions and procedures for destroying pesticides.
- Law No. (37) of year 2005 by approving the pesticide (law) of the GCC countries and its amendments
Fees
- 40% of the value of pesticides : Fees are an implementation of the Cabinet's directives on deducting 60% of the value of agricultural production inputs.

Service Processes
- The applicant will come to the plant quarantine and plant protection department in BUDAYA with the infected plant sample (if possible)
- The specialist will make a field visit to the farm or garden
- Diagnose the injury and determine the appropriate treatment methods and the type and quantity of pesticides to be dispensed to the references.
- The applicant pays 40% of the value of the materials to the cashier
- The applicant receives pesticides from the department store after signing a pledge to comply with the safety and requirements for the use of pesticides and safe disposal and their empty packages
