License and register of a commercial registration for the following business activities (animal production - poultry for meat - white) this activity includes establishments that work in breeding and care of all types of poultry and birds, to benefit from them and their products for commercial purposes
Service Conditions
- Bahrainis- Gulf nationals, foreign investor residence in Bahrain (in accordance with the country’s regulations ).
- The site (building) should be outside the scope of residential areas, mosques, schools, cemeteries and archaeological sites, with the approval of the relevant authorities
Required Attachments
- Application form from the Commercial Register
- A copy of a valid ID card or passport
- A valid property or lease contract for the site (for a period of time commensurate with the nature of the activity)
- Electricity bill
- If (add activity, add a branch, change address, change ownership) the original valid Copy of Commercial Registration Record must be attached
Legal Regulations
- Law No. 52 of year 2017
Fees
- 30 BD for the approval of the issuing a registration : 30 BD to register the registration
- 300 BD for annual license to engage in activity : 300 Bd for a license and the license is renewed annually
