Road Work Permit
Permission to exploit specific areas of public roads and public streets for the purposes of placing demolition or building materials, Connected stalls, scaffolding, and suspension scaffolding. The permanent road works section includes: connected stalls, separate stalls, ATMs, Display and Sale stands, Canopies and Parasols, suspension bridges, outdoor café benches, places used to display new and secondhand cars by showrooms, covered parking slots, green house agriculture, special cars on promotion
Required Attachments
- Copy of ID card
- Copy of Commercial Registration Record
- A copy of the lease contract, if necessary
- Engineering drawings or the requested works (if needed)
- A letter of approval from the owner on the required works, if necessary
- Ownership document (deed) in case the applicant is the owner / or a survey certificate, if necessary

Service Processes
- The request is submitted through the ministry’s electronic service center
- The request is received by the municipal services specialists in the four concerned municipalities
- Examining the application, inspecting the site if necessary, preparing a technical report and approving the permit
- Send an email to the applicant stating that the license is ready
- Pay online
- Send the permit electronically or pick it up from customer service centers within municipalities
