Permission to hold temporary events

Municipalities provide civil society organizations with the opportunity to benefit from specific areas within public facilities (public parks, walkways, coasts, squares, etc.), to hold awareness, information, or limited profit activities. Such organizations have to apply in advance, which in turn is subject to examination and evaluation by the relevant municipality

Required Attachments

  • Data about the applicant (individual + government entity + private sector)
  • Name of the applicant
  • ID card
  • Address (if needed)
  • Determining the location where the event will be held

  • Request is received by specialists in the Directorate of Properties and Parks
  • Examine the request and inspect the site / location
  • Issue a license in case of approval
