Letter from the owner
Copy of the ownership document / titling contract / religious ordinance / approval of heirs and copies of their ID cards / official procuration
Copy of ID card / Copy of Commercial Registration Record
Plan approved by an engineering office showing the demolition area with regard to demolition requests
Recent photographs of the site
Supervision by an approved engineering office if necessary
Letter from the concerned ministry (the entity requesting a license) for excavation requests
Letter from the contractor for excavation requests
Copy of Commercial Registration Record for the contractor for excavation requests
Excavation Form from the relevant service authorities for excavation requests
Engineering drawings showing the location and length of the excavation (for excavation requests)
Other approvals if necessary include the approval of the Antiquities Authority / the real estate developer / Ministry of Finance

Receive the request and verify the authenticity of the request and the necessary documents by the building permits specialist
The field inspection is carried out and the site is examined and surveyed according to the available drawings and photography
