Bidding to rent advertising sites (more than 25000 BD)
Administrative license for the use of a site to put up a signboard / billboard worth an investment of more than 25000 dinars.
Required Attachments
- Copy of a valid Commercial Registration Record for the company/institution
- Advertisement artistic design
- Copy of ID card
- Bank guarantee
- Insurance against Damage
- Guarantee to remove the advertisement
- A certificate attesting the works carried out by the company, which are of a nature similar to the work offered in the bidding. It should be accredited by the official authorities.
- Bidding brochure and other documents according to the requirements of the Tender Board
Legal Regulations
- Law No. 29 of 2010 amending the name of Law No. 36 of 2002 with respect to regulating government tenders and purchases to read as regulating government tenders, biddings, purchases and sales
