Issuance of permits to export marine products

Permit to export marine products after verifying the specific requirements for the type of marine product, its rating, weight, product condition and other important information. Only frozen, dried and cooked products are allowed to be exported. Fresh fish and crustaceans are not allowed.

Required Attachments

  • Copy of valid Commercial Registration Record
  • Copy of the applicants ID card
  • Official letter from the owner to the Commercial Registration Record which is authorized to conduct the transaction procedures on their behalf and a copy of the authorized persons ID card
  • Permit certificate to practice commercial activities subject to health control (Ministry of Health)
  • Industrial project license (industrial facility) from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism
  • Fill in an application form (for the first time)
  • All required supporting documents related to the export of the quantities to be exported
  • Sign the Commitment Form relating to the import and export of marine products in accordance with local laws and regulations

  • Fishery management laws, Decree-Law No. 20 of 2002 regulating fishing, exploitation and protection of marine wealth
