Sharing Accommodation

This service allows the user ability to apply for Sharing Accommodation.

Required Attachments

  • A copy of the owner’s identity card or commercial register (mandatory).
  • The identity of the tenant (mandatory).
  • A copy of the lease contract (mandatory).
  • A warranty certificate from a certified engineering office (mandatory).
  • Approval letter from the Ministry of Health.
  • A letter of approval from the Civil Defense.
  • An approval letter from the Electricity and Water Authority

Legal Regulations

  • Implementing Ministerial Resolution No. (35) of 2015 on restricting shared collective housing
