Process of Security Deposit Refund

The applicant submits a request refund the security deposit to the Accounts Department after the completion of construction works or advertisement permits and road works permits. The applicant submits his/her request electronically through the ministry’s website by selecting the electronic customer service centers and the building completion certificate service, then following the instructions and attaching all the required documents.

Service Conditions

  • Completion of construction works or works stipulated in the license, or in the event that the license on the basis of which the insurance was made has been canceled

Required Attachments

  • A copy of the issued permits
  • Original balances
  • IBAN
