Passenger vessels:
- 50 BD : Issuance or renewal of a navigation license/Issuance or renewal of a minimum crew certificate
- 100 BD : Replacement of a lost license
- 25 BD : Making data changes
Glass-bottomed vessels:
- 50 BD : Issuance or renewal of a navigation license/Issuance or renewal of a minimum crew certificate
- 100 BD : Replacement of a lost license
- 25 BD : Making data changes
Commercial diving vessels:
- 50 BD : Issuance or renewal of a navigation license/Issuance or renewal of a minimum crew certificate

- Fill out the online form through the ship registration system at https://srp.marasi.gov.bh/GOP_WEB_PORTAL/showLogin.action
- Download the application form from the Ministry website, fill out the form, and send it to the email designated for ship registration services: ship_registry@mtt.gov.bh
