Issuance of operating cards for individuals
By a decision from the Minister, a new operating card may be issued for individuals, pursuant to Article 1 of Ministerial Resolution No. 10 of 2018, amending some provisions of the Public Transport Activities Licensing Regulations.
Service Conditions
- Pass the vehicle inspection as per the license type requirements
Required Attachments
- A copy of the Identity Card
- A copy of a valid driver’s license for the activity for which the operating card is to be issued
- Certificate of Good Conduct
- Medical certificate

Service Processes
- Send an email to the Land Transportation Regulations Directorate with the registration form from the General Directorate of Traffic with the violations stamp
- Operating card should be clear from violations before the renewal
- Payment is done through bank transfer
- Get the registration form stamped from the Land Transportation Regulations Directorate then compete the registration process at the General Directorate of Traffic
- Login into the service using the eKey account
- Chose the required registration type and enter the vehicle number
- Check if criteria is met
- Pay fees
- Renew vehicle registration
