Service Processes
- Submit a container request form from the vessel’s agent to the approved service provider
- The service provider submits to the Ports Affairs the list of containers that were provided in the ships along with the container delivery forms
- An audit is carried out by the relevant directorate
- The cost will be calculated, and a bill will be issued for the Directorate of Financial Resources to collect the fees
