Open an execution file in the Ministry according to a documented executive bond after paying the fees for opening the execution file, in order to implement what was stated in the bond in the face of the relevant claimant.

  • Personal information of the concerned parties.
  • Power of attorney (if any)
  • The Commercial Registration
