Opening an execution file in the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Waqf pursuant to a judicial verdict upon the payment of the fees for the execution form and for opening the execution file, in order to implement what was stated in the verdict in the face of the defendant.

  • Power of attorney (if any)
  • The Commercial Registration (if any)

  • Fill out the required details and attach the necessary documents
  • Pay the prescribed fee
  • Application is reviewed and the file is approved by the Execution Directorate if it meets the requirements
