Divorce settlement contract for non-Muslims
Obtain a notarized divorce settlement in the presence of the spouses and two witnesses for the divorce proceedings for non-Muslims with a notarized civil-marriage contract
Required Attachments
- Original passport or Identity Card for all parties
- Copy of the passports of the spouses’ children, if applicable
- The presence of the spouses and two witnesses
- The notarized the civil marriage contract at the Notary Directorate within the Kingdom of Bahrain
- The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy and in the event of foreign powers of attorney, the documents must be notarized at the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or with an “Apostille” stamp
- Fill out the “Know Your Customer" form
