Divorce settlement contract for non-Muslims

Obtain a notarized divorce settlement in the presence of the spouses and two witnesses for the divorce proceedings for non-Muslims with a notarized civil-marriage contract

Required Attachments

Original passport or Identity Card for all parties

The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy and in the event of foreign powers of attorney, the documents must be notarized at the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or with an “Apostille” stamp
