Reconciliation Contract
A notarized declaration between the contracting parties that includes an agreement and settlement between them regarding a lawsuit, using executory wording.
Required Attachments
- Original passport or Identity Card
- Approved authorization letter for signature if the debtor is a bank
- If the signee is a company, the memorandum of association, an extract of the Commercial Registration details and the decision of the board of directors or partners
- The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy and in the event of foreign powers of attorney, the documents must be notarized at the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or with an “Apostille” stamp
- Completed “Know Your Customer” form
