Memorandum of association of a charitable foundation/association
This service involves the signing of a notarized contract to establish a foundation or association for charitable purposes.
Required Attachments
- Letter of approval from the Ministry of Labour and Social Development
- Completed "Know Your Customer" form
- Original passport or Identity Card
- If one of the parties is an entity, the memorandum of association, an extract of the Commercial Registration details, and the decision of the board of directors or partners
- The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy (if the powers of attorney are foreign, they must be notarized at the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or with an Apostille stamp)
