Required Attachments
- Approval from the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism
- Original passport or the Identity Card (passport for foreign nationals)
- If one of the parties is an entity, the memorandum of association, an extract of the Commercial Registration details and the decision of the board of directors or partners
- The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy and in the event of foreign powers of attorney, the documents must be notarized by the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs or with an Apostille stamp
- Completed “Know Your Customer” form by all parties
