Conclusion of a settlement agreement through mediation
This service enables a notarized agreement between parties to the case to appoint a mediator during the consideration of a case.
Service Conditions
- Translating all documents into Arabic
Required Attachments
- Original passport or Identity Card
- If one of the parties is an entity, they must provide the memorandum of association, an extract of the Commercial Registration details, and the decision of the board of directors or partners
- The original powers of attorney if the representation is by proxy and in the event of foreign powers of attorney, the documents must be notarized at the Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs, or with an “Apostille” stamp
- Fill out the Know Your Customer form.
